Well i dont know if i am mixing up this up at all because you kinda flunked out on putting in the brackets on each term,but this is how i interpreted it. all you have to do is multiply each exponent by -10
ex. %281%2F2%29%2A10 or %283%2F5%29%2A10
So if you work it out you should get:
%282%5E-5%29%28x%5E-6%29%28y%5E14%29%28z%5E-1%29
