Each of the terms in your numerator has a common factor of 10, so take that out of each of the terms leaving you with 10%28x%5E2-3x%2B2%29 for your numerator. Now factor the trinomial in the numerator. Since you did end up with x%2B1 in your denominator, you apparently factored the denominator correctly as the difference of two squares. So if you do the numerator correctly, you should have it.
