When multiplying or dividing integers, is all you need to remember is:
+(+)=+
-(-)=+
+(-)=-
So when both signs are the same, the answer is positive, when signs are different the answer is negative.
ex;
3(5)=15
-3(-5)=15
-3(5)=-15
I'm not sure what you meant by "and the fraction like ones".
If it is multiplying fractions:
You multiply straight across; the numerator * the numerator, and the denominator * the denominator.
ex;

3(2)=6
5(3)=15
