Raising any number to the 1st power is always equal to the number itself so e raised to the 1st power is simply e.

If g%28x%29=ln%28x%29, then g%281%29=ln%281%29=0.

The natural log function is the reciprocal of f%28x%29=e%5Ex.
The natural log of 1 is zero because raising any number (including e) to the zero power is 1.
