Question 47867This question is from textbook College Algebra
: Evaluate the expression:
log4 Sqrt(2).
I came out with 1/4 but that doesn't seem right.
Thank you This question is from textbook College Algebra
You can put this solution on YOUR website! log4 Sqrt(2)
=(1/2)log(base4)2
Note: log(base4)2 means "the exponent of 4 that gives 2 as a result".
That number is 1/2
=(1/2)(1/2)
=1/4
