You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Simply plug in x=-2 and x=1 (separately) to evaluate f(-2) and f(1)

So f%281%29+=+1%5E2%2B1=1%2B1=2 meaning that f%281%29=2 and f%28-2%29=%28-2%29%5E2%2B1=4%2B1=5 making f%28-2%29=5
