f(x)/g(x) = [4x^(-5)]/[x^3/4)= 4/[x^(3/4 + 5)
= 4/[x^(23/4)]
f(x)* g(x) = [4x^(-5)][x^(3/4)]= 4x^(-5 + 3/4)
= 4x^(-17/4)
