I don't know what a "communitive" property is. Now there is Community Property, which is that which is owned by both husband and wife in some states. But I don't think that is what you mean. Then there is the Commutative Property of Multiplication which says that the order of factors in a multiplication doesn't matter. You would not use the Commutative Property to solve a multiplication product such as
