You can put this solution on YOUR website! Since c^2 is the first term, this is going to be factored into the form (c___)(c___). Since the sign before the constant is +, the two signs after the c's will be the same. Since the other sign is +, the two new signs will both be +. So we have (c+__)(c+__). Now look at the last term, 5. Our two missing terms must multiply to 5. So our only options are 1 and 5. And you can check it by making sure 1+5=the original middle term, 6. So it factors to (c+1)(c+5).
