ANSWER.  It will take  70%2F%28115-70%29 = 70%2F35 = 2 hours.


EXPLANATION.  70 kilometers is the "head start distance".


              35 km/h = 115 - 70  is the relative speed, or the rate of decreasing the distance between the cars.
