Question 84288: I feel really stupid asking this basic question but I am having problems understanding how to solve an equation for Y so I can grap[h and figure slope intercept. as an example I will use
2X + 5Y - 3 = 0
If I wanted to solve the equation for Y to graph the line, how do I do this. I have been away from math for over 30 years now and am returing to college. I dont remember any of this and am having problems getting the idea. PLEASE help in any way possible.
