| Question 955641:  1. I need to graph this equation: 10x+5y=25
 2. I need to solve this system graphically and graph it on a graph it- x+y=9 and x-y=5
 3.I need to use the substitution method for this problem: -4+y=16
 3x+15y=114
 I have to type an ordered pair.
 4. Use the intercepts to graph the equation- 9x-2y=18
 5. I also need to solve this system graphically and graph it: 2x-y=-3 and x+2y=1
 Show the graph with the plotted points as well so I can know how to graph it.
 These are the problems I need help with.You can send me a document with the answers and show work or you can just e-mail it to me. Thank you all very much.

You can put this solution on YOUR website! Hello! Let's see if I can help. 1)
   ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
 2) When you solve systems using graphs, you graph them and then find where they intersect. So:
  The solution is (7,2), or x = 7 and y = 2, because that's where the two lines intersect.
 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
 3)-4+y=16
 3x+15y=114
 First let's see what y is in the first equation. Basically, solve for y.
 y=20
 Now plug in 20 into y in the second equation.
 3x+15(20)=114
 Now solve for x.
 3x+300=114
 3x=-186
 x=-62
 So x=-62 and y = 20. The ordered pair is (-62,20).
 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
 4)
   ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
 5)
  The solution is (-1,1), or x = -1, y = 1, because that's where the two lines intersect.
 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
 I hope I helped!
