You can put this solution on YOUR website! Actually, the point (-6, 3pi/2) would be (0,6).  The angle 3pi/2 is in the direction of the negative y axis.  The fact that r=-6, means to go 6 units in the OPPOSITE direction (since it is negative!), so this would be in the direction of the POSITIVE y-axis. 
 Final answer:  in rectangular coordinates  (0,6).
