You can put this solution on YOUR website! (-4,3) IS PLOTED BY COUNTING 4 UNITS TO THE LEFT OF THE (0,0) X&Y INTERSECT POINTS ON THE X AXIS & THEN COUNT UP 3 UNITS. YOU NOW HAVE THE POINT (-4,3).
DON'T YOU HAVE A TEXT BOOK TO DESCRIBE THESE GEOMETRY PROBLEMS????????
IF NOT, I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU GET ONE FROM SCHOOL OR THE LOCAL LIBRARY.

You can put this solution on YOUR website! Starting at (0,0) on the graph (this is where the x and y-axis intersect), move 4 places to the left; now move up thre places and mark a dot at (-4, 3).
