7x>=-4-24=-28
x>=-4
..
7x+1≥-13
7x>=-14
x>=-2
..
On the number line, [-4,infinity) overlaps [-2,infinity)
Since the connectivity in this inequality is an "and", the solution is the intersection or overlap which is [-2,infinity) This is the only solution that satisfies both conditions.
