Because the slopes of perpendicular lines are opposite reciprocals, the slope of a line perpendicular to a line with a slope of -7%2F6 is 6%2F7.

Hi,
Perpendiculars line have slopes that are negative reciprocals of one another.
Lines perpendicular to a line with a slope = -7/6 would have slopes = 6/7
