Step 2. That is, Length%2FWidth=13%2F10=L%2F7 where L is the length of the second rectangle

Step 3. Solving for L by multiplying 7 to both sides of the equation in Step 2 yields L=13%2A7%2F10=5.10 cm

Step 4. ANSWER: The length of the second rectangle is 5.10 cm.
