Sorry, this is not a polar form problem.

It must either be a complex number to write
in polar form, which means it must contain the letter "i".
or else it must be a rectangular equation, which means it
must contain an equal sign "=".

Please repost being careful to type it or describe it 
exactly as it is written and to give the exact instructions.
