I have a 25mm diameter sphere and need to know its weight in grams and ounces that will have a density of 250 Kg/m3
.
There are two problems combined into one
..
Grams
_____
25 mm = 2.5 cm
radius = 1.25 cm
Volume of sphere = (4/3) *pi*r^3
Density = 250 kg/m^3 = 0.25gram/cu.cm
..
Volume = (4/3)*pi*(1.25)^3
Volume =8.18 cu.cm
Weight = 8.18 * 0.25
= 2.04 grams
...
25 mm = 1" (approx)
radius = 0.5 in.
Volume = (4/3)*pi*(0.5)^3
= 0.523 cu.in
0.25 gram/cm^3= 0.14 ounce/cu.in
weight = 0.523*0.14
= 0.073 ounce

Mass is the product of density and volume.
Convert mm to m to be consistent in units.
The volume of a sphere is,
V=%284%2F3%29%2Api%2A%28D%2F2%29%5E3=%28pi%2F6%29%2825%2F1000%29%5E3
V=6.54x10%5E%28-5%29m%5E3
Then
m=rho%2AV=250%2A6.54x10%5E%28-5%29
m=0.01636kg
highlight%28m=16.4%29grams
Then use a conversion of 454 grams=16 ounces
m=16.4%2816%2F454%29
m=0.58ounces
