Fpr parts a,b, and c wite an expression that represents each amount then generalize the proces in part d.
a-A three foot peice fo string is cut.If one piece is x long , how long is the other piece.
b-Twent raffel tickets were sold. if g girls bought raffel tickets how many boys bought raffel tickets?
c-A pizza has 12 slices. If Karen ate p slices how many slices are left?
d-Write a general method fro expressing two parts of a whole using a single variable?
