A sphere with a diameter 1 meter has a mass of 120 kilograms.
What is the mass, in kilograms, of a sphere of the same kind of material that
has a diameter of 2 meters?
:
Using the volumes of two sphere, we can see:
%28%284%2F3%29%2Api%2A1%5E3%29%2F%28%284%2F3%29%2Api%2A2%5E3%29 = 1%2F8
Therefore
8 * 120 = 960 kilgrams
