You can put this solution on YOUR website! um i suggest rewriting the problem as the picture shouldnt be bigger then the frame and your wording is confusing. if the outside rectangles area is only 280
then the picture rectangle must be smaller than 280, and 220^2=48400. if the frame is inside the picture rectangle you will need alot more measurements to calculate thickness
