You can put this solution on YOUR website!
THE LEFT MOST 3 IS THE HUNDRED THOUSANDS, THE 2 TO THE RIGHT IS THE TEN THOUSANDS, THE 4 TO THE RIGHT IS THE THOUSANDS, THE 5 IS THE HUNDREDS, THE 2 TO THE RIGHT IS THE TENS AND THE LAST DIGIT 3 IS THE UNITS POSITION.
ROUNDING RULE IS TO IDENTIFY THE POSITION TO BE ROUNDED HERE IT IS THE HUNDREDS WHICH IS THE 5. NEXT IF THE DIGIT TO THE RIGHT OF THIS DIGIT IS 5 OR GREATER THEN YOU ADD 1 TO THE 5 AND ZERO OUT ALL DIGITS TO THE RIGHT OF THE 5.
IF THE DIGIT TO THE RIGHT OF THE 5 IS 4 OR LESS YOU ADD NOTHING TO THE 5 AND ZEO OUT ALL DIGITS TO THE RIGHT OF THE FIVE
THUS THIS NUMBER BECOMES 324,500
