You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Assume the problem is
%28ax%29%2Fb = c
solve for x
Multiply both sides by b, (get rid of the denominator on the left)
ax = bc
Divide both sides by a
x = %28bc%29%2Fa

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
(ax)/b = c
Solve for x:
(ax)/b = c
Multiply both sides of the equation by b:
(ax)*b/b = b*c
ax = cb
Now divide both sides by a:
(ax)/a = (bc)/a
x*a/a = bc/a
x = bc/a
