You can put this solution on YOUR website! Let the two numbers be a and b.
"The sum of two numbers (a+b) is (=) 90. The second (b) is 10 more (+10) than 4 times the first (4a)" So b = 4a+10 Puting it all together , you have:
Simplify and solve for a. Subtract 10 from both sides. Divide both sides by 5.
