NONE!! He cannot!
It states that the scores are out of 100. How can this person score a 125 out of 100?

You can put this solution on YOUR website! The highest individual, LAST score can be 100%. What THIS does to the final AVERAGE score is . The student CANNOT reach an average of higher than 90%, so this will not allow the 95% .
