Question 1112425: I have a 2 row 5 column box for numbers that equals x and y. The x numbers are 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. The second row of boxes directly under the above numbers equal y. They are 33, 34, 35, 36, 37.
I need to write an equation to describe the pattern using the variables and write a rule for the equation. This is using dependent and independent variables. So the equation should show the variables and the rule has to show the use of which variable is independent and dependent.
Please help, I just can't see a pattern here.
