To find the bearing from B to A, you need to know what angle to travel (assuming straight line travel) relative to north. Here, if you needed to go north, then your bearing would be 0 degrees; if you needed to go east, it would be 90 degrees, and so on. I do not know what the 40 degree angle is relative to, or where A is relative to north.
