I presume you mean that some line or line segment labeled is parallel to some line/line segment labeled . But even with that, not having any idea of the relationship of angle 1 to angle 2 or to the two parallel lines, it is impossible to establish an equation so that a value for can be determined. Either draw a picture or give us a better explanation. You probably won't have any luck communicating directly with me; you will need to repost.
