SOLUTION -
Let the measure of an angle be x degree
now according to the condition we have "The supplemet of an angle measures 10 times more than the measure of its complement"
Therefore
supplement of angle x = 180 - x
complement of angle x = 90 - x

180 - x = 90 - x + 10(90 - x)
180 - x = 90 - x + 900 - 10x
180 - x - 180 = 90 - x + 900 - 10x - 180

-x + 10x = 810 - x - 10x + 10x

9x = 810 -x
9x + x = 810 - x + x
10x = 810

10x/10 = 810/10

x = 81
Therefore the measure of angle x = 81 degree
