Write this measure as a decimal.
I am COMPLETLY lost as to what to do with this problem. I got as far as 32.????
Any help would be wonderful and highly appreciated as always. :)

Convert minutes to degrees, 60 min in a degree
Convert seconds to degrees, 60*60 = 3600 sec in a degree
So we have:

Degrees = 32 + 31%2F60 + 30%2F3600
:
Degrees = 32 + .516667 + .0083333
:
Degrees = 32.525
