Two angles are complementary if they both add up to 90 degrees. This means that a complementary angle would have to be negative: 90-113=-23 degrees because -23%2B113=90°.
Generally, in geometric figures, we don't care about negative angles for the same reason that we don't care about negative sides.

However, I suspect that you are looking for the supplementary angle, and it will be 180-113=67°
