Plot the point (0,7).
Zero slope means the line is horizontal.
Positive slope means the y values get larger as the x values get larger so the line starts at bottom left and move to top right on a screen.
So make any line like that.
Algebraically,
y-7=m%28x-0%29
y=mx%2B7
So choose any m%3E0.
