Sol'n.
-3 ( 4x + 3 ) - 2 = 7 - 2x + 3
-12x - 9 - 2 = 10 - 2x add like terms
-12x - 11 = 10 - 2x combine like terms
-12x + 2x = 10 + 11
-10x = 21 devide both by negative 10 to get the value of x
x = -2.1
