-4x+32y = -28

Find 3 points:

Let y = -1

-4x+32(-1) = -28
-4x-32 = -28
   -4x = 4
     x = -1

So one point is (-1,-1)

Let y = 0

-4x+32(0) = -28
      -4x = -28
        x = 7

So another point is (7,0)

Let y = 1

-4x+32(1) = -28
   -4x+32 = -28
      -4x = -60
        x = 15

So another point is (15,1) 

Plot those points:




Draw the line through those three points:
