y=%283%2F4%29x is, fully, written as y=%283%2F4%29x+%2B+0

so gradient = 3/4
and y-intercept = 0

i have no idea where you got the -3/4 from, but saying x=-3/4 shows you have no real concept of what is being asked of you.
