Get rid of the fraction, multiply by 2 and you have:
-12(2 - 4x) < 1(x - 5)

Multiply what's inside the brackets:
-24 + 48x < x - 5
:
Add 24 to both sides:
48x < x - 5 + 24
48x < x + 19
:
subtract x from both sides:
48x - x < 19
47x < 19
x < 19/47
