You can put this solution on YOUR website!
x-3y=c is not parallel to 2x-6y=10.
2x-10=6y
y=2x/6-10/6
3y=x-c
y=(x-c)/3
2x/6-10/6=(x-c)/3
multiply by 6
2x-10=2x-2c
subtract 2x
-10=-2c
c=5 is one solution
