You can put this solution on YOUR website!
If you put this equation into the y=mx + b format, then
m=slope
b=y intercept
7x+6y-30=0
subtract 7x from both sides:
6y-30=-7x
add 30 to both sides
6y=-7x+30
Then divide the equation by 6:
y=%28-7x%2F6%29%2B5
now it is in the slope intercept form (y=mx+b) and b=5 and m=-7%2F6
so the y intercept occurs at the point (0,5) and the slope is -7%2F6
