Y=MX+C...WHERE M=SLOPE...C=Y INTERCEPT
-2X=8+4Y
4Y=-2X-8
Y=(-2/4)X+(-8/4)=-X/2-2......HENCE
M=-2/4=-1/2...Y INTERCEPT = -8/4=-2
TO GRAPH GIVE VALUES TO X ,FIND Y FROM THE EQN. & PLOT
