Your table is confused, but the function:y=%28x-1%29%5E2-1 is the standard form
of the parabola with vertex at (1, -1); y-intercept at (0, -1); x-intercepts at
(0, 0) and (2, 0).The axis of symmetry is: x=1. See the graph below:
