f(x)=x^3-3x^2-36x+108
If k is a zero of f(x) then 6 is a zero of f(x)
therefore x=6 and x-6 is a factor.
(x^3-3x^2-36x+108)/(x-6)=x^2+3x-18
x^2+3x-18=(x+6)(x-3) the other two factors.
