You can put this solution on YOUR website! (x/4)/2-(1/4)=(6x-1)/20
If you posted the problem correctly I can't see where you get your answer.

(x/8) - (1/4) = (6x-1)/20
Multiply thru by 40 to get:
5x - 10 = 2(6x-1)
5x - 10 = 12x -2
7x = -8
x = -8/7
