y=-12

Sol'n:
y=4x, for x=-3

y=4(-3)
y=-12

y=4x
-12=4x
-12/4=4x/4
-3=x or x=-3

therefore: x=-3 and y=-12 the graph is a straight line that lie on the 4th quadrant
