X+Y+Z=26
2X-Y+2 = Z
Z = Y-3X

Rearrange:
X + Y + Z = 26
2X- Y - Z = -2
3X- Y + Z = 0

I used the Matrix function of a TI caluculator to get:
X= 8
Y= 21
Z= -3
