Question 105860: ok so this is my equation.
and i get it and all its just i cant get it to work
but the teacher told us that i had to be in whole answers
-2x+y+z=-2
5x+3y+3z=71
4x-2y-3z=1
this is what i have tried so far..
5x+3y+3z=71
4x-2y-3z=1
-----------
9x+y=72
and then from there i have tried them all, and it just wont come out.!
please help me.!
You can put this solution on YOUR website! (3 times the first equation) added to the third equation gives -2x+y=-5 , so y=2x-5
...substitute into the equation you found to get x
9x+(2x-5)=72
use the x-value to find y; and then use the x and y values to find z
