Note: the standard slope-intercept form for an equation of a line is
y+=+highlight_green%28m%29x+%2B+highlight%28b%29 where m is the slope and b the y-intercept.
It is as simple as solving the first of the two for y and comparing their slopes
-14x = -632 - 26y 0r y+=+highlight_green%2814%2F26%29x+-+highlight%28632%29
y = (7/13)x - 316/13 Lines are parallel 14%2F26+=+7%2F13
5x + 4y = -60 0r y+=+highlight_green%285%2F4%29x+-+highlight%2815%29

Look at the slopes after you have the equation in the form y=mx+b
The first is 26y=14x-632; y=(7/13)x-632/13
The second has slope 7/13. These lines are parallel, and the intercepts are different.

-2y=-380+14x
y=-7x+190. Slope is 7. That is all that matters.
The other slope is (7/13). These are not equal and they are neither parallel nor perpendicular.

y=(-5/4)x-60
The other is -4/5. Their product is 1, not -1, so these are neither parallel nor perpendicular.
