You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Hi there,
a) y = 2x - 5
Slope is 2
y intercept is -5
b) 3x - 2y = 4
Put into 'y = mx + c' form
-2y = -3x + 4
2y = 3x - 4
y = 3/2x - 2
Slope = 3/2
y intercept = -2
c)3x + 5y = 7
Put into 'y = mx + c' form
5y = -3x + 7
y = -3/5 + 7/5
Slope = -3/5
y intercept = 7/5 or 1.4
Hope this helps :-)
