You can't have 5 quarters, since that would
equal $1.25
4 quarters = $1.00
 coins are left

8 nickels = 40 cents which is too much money
5 pennies and 3 dimes = 35 cents- still too much
5 pennies and 3 nickels = 20 cents- exactly right

So, the answer is:
