First find the volume of a cone.
V=pi%2Ar%5E2%2Ah%2F3
So then
pi%2Ar%5E2%2Ah%2F3=10000
pi%2Ar%5E2%2Ah=30000
So if h=1%2Fpi, then
r%5E2=30000
r=sqrt%2830000%29
That's one possible combination of dimensions.
Now that you have the formula, you can choose your own.
